BIDXUP is responsible for determining how and why personal data is processed through the Service, to the extent applicable under Indian data protection law.

3. Public Listing and Leaderboard Information

BIDXUP operates a public ranking and leaderboard service. Depending on the features available, publicly visible information may include display/listing name, submitted website or profile URL, category, ranking position, ranking amount, listing date/time, and other information intentionally submitted for public display.

Public information may be copied, shared, indexed, cached, archived, or referenced by third parties. Do not submit information you do not want publicly displayed.

4. Payment Information

Paid services may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available by BIDXUP. BIDXUP may process information necessary to confirm payments, identify transactions, provide the purchased service, process eligible refunds, detect fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with law.

BIDXUP does not intend to store complete debit-card or credit-card numbers, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials on its own systems where such information is handled directly by the payment provider.

5. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit BIDXUP, hosting, security, and infrastructure systems may collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, operating system, approximate location derived from technical information where available, pages/features accessed, date/time, referring source, error logs, and diagnostic information.

This information may be used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, performance, and operation of the Service.

Information intentionally submitted for public display may remain publicly accessible outside BIDXUP through copying, screenshots, caching, archiving, or redistribution by third parties.

Do not publish passwords, authentication credentials, financial credentials, confidential information, unlawfully obtained information, or other sensitive information that should not be publicly disclosed. BIDXUP may remove or restrict listings containing prohibited information.

23. Fraud, Abuse, and Security Monitoring

BIDXUP may process technical and transaction information to detect fraudulent payments, fake listings, bots, ranking manipulation, suspicious transactions, unauthorized activity, attacks, and attempts to bypass security. BIDXUP may restrict or terminate abusive activity.

BIDXUP may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, technology, business practices, law, or operations. The Last Updated date will be changed when the policy is updated. Where required, BIDXUP will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
