Welcome to BIDXUP.
These Rules explain how the BIDXUP Ranking and Leaderboard System works and what users must follow when creating listings, purchasing rankings, and using the BIDXUP platform.
By using BIDXUP, you agree to follow these Rules, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Basic Ranking Rules
BIDXUP is a public ranking and leaderboard platform. When you create a ranking, you select an eligible category and submit a listing along with the applicable ranking amount. Your ranking position is determined according to the ranking rules displayed on BIDXUP at the time of the transaction.
A ranking does not give you ownership of a category, leaderboard, or ranking position.
2. Listing Creation Rules
When creating a listing, you must provide accurate information, select the correct category, submit a valid eligible listing, use a valid payment method, have necessary rights/authorization, comply with applicable law, and follow the Terms of Use.
3. Ranking Amount
The ranking amount must comply with the minimum and maximum amounts displayed by BIDXUP. If BIDXUP displays a minimum amount required to obtain a particular position, you must meet it before completing the ranking.
4. Ranking Position
Your position is determined according to the applicable ranking mechanism. If another eligible user obtains a ranking that places their listing above yours, your position may change. BIDXUP does not guarantee that a particular position will remain available or permanent.
5. Public Leaderboard
Rankings may be publicly displayed, including listing/display name, website/profile URL, category, ranking position, ranking amount, and other information intentionally submitted for public display. Do not submit private or sensitive information you do not want public.
6. Payment Rules
All payments must be completed through methods provided by BIDXUP and may be processed through Razorpay or another provider. Do not use unauthorized/stolen payment information, manipulate payment confirmations, bypass payment systems, or use BIDXUP for unlawful financial activity.
7. Ranking Activation
A ranking is processed after applicable payment has been successfully received and verified. Payment completion does not bypass verification, security, or moderation. For technical issues, contact contact@bidxup.com.
8. Refund Rules
Payments are generally non-refundable after the ranking service has been successfully processed or activated, subject to the exceptions in the Terms of Use, including duplicate payments, failed-but-deducted payments, legal requirements, or BIDXUP-approved refunds.
9. Prohibited Content
Do not submit illegal, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit/exploitative, fraudulent, deceptive, unlawfully hateful/violent, terrorism-related, illegal drug/service, infringing, malware, scam/phishing, impersonating, or otherwise prohibited content.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not commit/facilitate fraud, provide false information, manipulate payments or rankings, use fake activity/bots, create abusive listings, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, scrape without permission, upload malware, conduct phishing/scams, impersonate others, violate privacy/IP rights, launder money, promote illegal goods/services, interfere with security, or otherwise use BIDXUP unlawfully.
11. Ranking Manipulation
Users must not manipulate rankings through fake accounts, fake transactions, unauthorized payment activity, bots, fraudulent listings, coordinated manipulation, payment abuse, vulnerability exploitation, or circumvention of ranking rules. BIDXUP may investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Multiple Accounts and Listings
Multiple accounts/listings are not automatically prohibited unless BIDXUP restricts them, but they must not be used to manipulate rankings, create fake activity, circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, commit fraud, or gain an unfair advantage.
13. Listing Accuracy
You are responsible for accurate, current listing information. Do not submit fake websites, misleading URLs, impersonating profiles, false business information, fraudulent claims, or deceptive content.
14. Intellectual Property
Respect the intellectual-property rights of others. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, brand rights, trade names, designs, database rights, or other rights. Submit only content you have the right or authorization to use.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card details, financial credentials, private contact information without authorization, confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or other information that should not be public.
16. Age and Eligibility
You may use BIDXUP only if legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law and any feature-specific requirements.
17. Moderation and Enforcement
BIDXUP may review listings/activity and may reject, remove, restrict, suspend, disable rankings/transactions where permitted, restrict features, permanently disable access, or take other appropriate action. BIDXUP may cooperate with authorities where required/permitted by law.
18. Security
Users must not hack BIDXUP, access another account, bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with servers, introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise compromise security. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to contact@bidxup.com.
19. Third-Party Links
BIDXUP may contain third-party links. These services are not controlled by BIDXUP; review their terms, policies, and content before use.
20. Changes to the Rules
BIDXUP may update these Rules to reflect Service changes, new features, ranking mechanisms, security requirements, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updated Rules will be published with an updated date.
21. Reporting a Rule Violation
Report suspected violations to contact@bidxup.com with the listing URL and relevant information.
